INTIMATE WEDDING

♥ THE STORY
Kate & Aaron decided to host an intimate wedding with their closest family and friends. Tucked into the suburban woods of the Pocono Mountains, Promise Ridge was the setting for their day. Upon her early afternoon arrival, Kate sipped on a cocktail while I photographed her details. Before her soon to be husband landed on scene, we did a first look with her dad that made me shed a few tears myself. They shared a few sweet moments before Kate did her first look with Aaron. During her first look with Aaron, he made sure to take his time to check out all of the pieces of Kate’s get up. We wandered the property for a bit while their guests were on their way.
With all guests settled, we were ready for the ceremony. Alisa from Promise Ridge passed their wedding bands around to their guests so they could place their well wishes on them. After their ceremony, we took a few more portraits and then headed up to enjoy hors d’oeuvres and cocktails. At the early stages of dinner friends & family shared some speeches and toasts before dinner made its appearance.
After dinner we made our way onto the deck for cake cutting, and special dances. Friends & family gathered around to watch as Kate and Aaron shared the first dance, then we sent them off with some sparklers.
